Try as much exercises and dieting possible, those stubborn bulges of fat on your body that don’t go away can now be dissolved away by a procedure known as ‘fat freezing’, Cryogenic Lipolysis. The process is not complicated as its name sounds. It involves a simple method that uses cold temperatures to get rid of localized fat lumps on the body, permanently. It is a non-surgical, non-invasive technique that involves no recovery period. Some of our experienced therapists have been doing this treatment since it was first introduced in the UK in 2011.
How does it work?
In fact, it is a very simple procedure. It involves the freezing of the area where the fat is to be removed. This is done by applying cooling plates on the target area. The treatment period may last for about 45 minutes depending on the individual's response to the technique and the thickness of the fat layer. The freezing does not destroy the cells in the skin but put out the fat cells underneath it. As days go by after the treatment the fat cells undergo what is known as adaptosis or controlled death and are removed through the lymphatic system.
What will the result be?
A single treatment does not remove the entire lump of fat in the target body area. The effectiveness of one treatment varies between 22% and 25% and depends on the type of individuals and their life styles after the treatment, and the thickness of the fat layer. To get the maximum benefit of the procedure follow the advice on aftercare.
What are the side effects?
Cryogenic Lipolysis is the only permanent, non-surgical fat reduction procedure. There is no damage to the skin or body and leaves no scars. Compare this with liposuction, the surgical way of fat removal, which is invasive, it damages the skin and body and leaves scars. Comparatively, the side effects of Cryogenic Lipolysis are very, very minimal.
When will I see results?
How soon the results become apparent will depend on the type of individual, how thick the fat layer is and which part of the body that was treated. However, the usual time period it takes to show the results is between 8 to 12 weeks.
Are the results permanent?
What happens at the treatment is inducing the death of fat cells? These cells do not grow back. Hence, the results of the treatment are permanent.
What are the aftercare advices?
Engage in regular exercises, at least three to four times a week. Drink at least two litres of water per day for a minimum of two months.
Is it Right for Me?
Since Cryogenic Lipolysis is not a surgical procedure, it does not require meeting various medical conditions that a surgical procedure usually requires. Thus, it goes well with most individuals who are well within their ideal weight range but want to get rid of localized fat deposits in their bodies. It is suitable for people who are moderately over weight as well.
What are the contraindications?

Chemical Peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin, using a chemical solution that causes the dead skin to eventually peel off. You will feel a warming sensation soon after the exfoliating agent is applied. The length of time the peeling agent is left on varies, but the average is about 10 minutes. Next, the peel is removed with cool water and a neutralizing agent. The skin is dried and the peel is complete. The regenerated skin is smoother and less wrinkled.
Please note, for ALL of the above treatments there are situations where you CAN go ahead without any problems, other situations where prior GP's PERMISSION is required and others which are TOTAL CONTRAINDICATIONS. Some GP might charge and there might be waiting times. We Apologies for the inconvenience. This is for the effectiveness of the treatment and most of all for your own Safety, and also part of our Legal, Ethical & Moral obligations.
Please discuss your requirements and possible conditions with our trained Therapists.

Commonly known as ‘laser lipo’, is a non-invasive liposculpture procedure for the removal of small localised fat deposits such as saddlebags, love handles and double chins, inner and outer thighs. It can effectively reduce areas of fat resistant to diet or exercise. Laser lipo is not a treatment for obesity.
Treatment lasts approximately 15 minutes for one area and a course of eight treatments is recommended.
The laser machine emits low levels of laser energy, which creates a chemical signal in the fat cells, breaking them down into free fatty acids and glycerol which are then transported around the body to the tissues that will use them during metabolism to create energy. This is a natural response when the body needs to used stored energy reserves, thus the treatment is not creating any unnatural reaction nor does it affect or damage any surrounding structures such as skin, blood vessels and nerves.
A period of cardio exercise post treatment is crucial to ensure the complete metabolism and thus elimination from the body of the freed fatty acids.
Expected results should be a 30% reduction of fat in the treated area after a single treatment.
The micro-needles cause thousands of stimulating dermal “injuries” to the skin. This induces a natural response that produces new collagen, the key to skin repair. The production of new collagen continues for up to 12 months after the procedure. Depressed acne scars, wrinkles, skin texture and tightness are all improved as a result.
By restoring collagen and elastin which are vital skin proteins, your skin becomes much smoother, firmer and brighter.
Generally a minimum of 3 treatments are required to achieve the optimum rejuvenation of an area. When treating scarring, at least 5-6 treatments would generally be required. The treatments are performed 5-6 weeks apart.
Power-Plate is a great time-saver due to the effectiveness of training and the fact that many muscle groups are activated at the same time. It's claimed that 10 minutes on the Power-Plate will have the same results as 60 minutes of conventional strenuous training. It increases in muscle strength, positively influences blood circulation, mobility, muscular tension, passive structures and pain reduction. Exercising on the power plate helps the patient to lose weight. It can be a perfect addition to our Laser Lipolysis Therapy.

Our pain-free lasers are useful to permanently remove unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas.
Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely therefore it should be avoided for six weeks before and after treatment.Type your paragraph here.
IPL Pain Free
Hair removal is the process of removing unwanted hair by means of exposure to pulses of laser light that destroy the hair follicle.
The laser emits a very specific beam of light at a wavelength that is targeted at melanin in the hair and/or at the follicle growth center (called the hair bulb). Melanin is the material that gives color to our hair and skin. The laser beam passes through the skin and is absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle.
Therefore, the ideal candidate for this procedure has hair that is darker than her skin color. If the skin and hair color are too similar, it confuses some lasers.
Led Facial Mask’s Theraphy is also known as Colour Light Therapy. It uses UV-free, specific wavelengths to boost collagen production, promote circulation, treat existing acne and kill bacteria, as well as accelerate skin.
